Con un módulo que puede contener distintas tipologías, se crea un sistema por agregación que se desarrolla en altura para permitir que la mayor parte de las viviendas (20.000 m2 de residencias privadas) tengan vistas al mar y la costa amalfitana).
El espacio público forma parte del proyecto y entra en la planta baja del complejo, que contiene los locales comerciales distribuidos con el mismo módulo de las viviendas, que se organizan en torno a una malla regular que se gira para aprovechar mejor la luz solar y buscar una orientación óptima. Los primeros pisos se cierran al norte, de frente a la vía del tren.
